Rules for Fees and Due Date Violation:

1. Last date to pay the instalment is 15th of every month.

2. Penalty of ₹ 1000 per day will be charged extra to the violated amount of instalment up to the 30th date of the applied month. ( I. e. On 16th you will have to pay 1000 ₹ extra to your instalment amount. | Likewise, if you pay on 17th you will have to pay 2000₹ extra to your instalment amount and so on. )

3. If you fail to pay instalment amount along with applied penalty ( as explained in Rule-2 ) till 30th Date of the month than in that case you will be detained from the course. And no paid fees shall be refunded.

4. No refund or transfer of the paid fees is possible in any case and shall not be claimed upon.

5. All disputes shall be processed at Ahmedabad Jurisdiction Court, Gujarat State in INDIA only.
